Meet Keenan Geiger | Owner & Principal Consultant
Keenan Geiger is a safety professional and 13-year military veteran. With over a decade in health and safety, he is a proven leader in creating effective programs that prioritize individual well-being.
A co-founder of Salient, Keenan previously administered health and safety for one of Canada's largest private radiology companies, overseeing comprehensive training and protocols for employee, patient, and contractor safety.
Educationally, Keenan holds a B.Mgt in Human Resources Management, an MBA, and an OHS diploma. As a board-certified CRSP, he combines human understanding with technical proficiency in program creation.
From preventive measures to crisis response, Keenan leads by example — bringing dedication to health and safety to every aspect of his work.
As Salient's principal consultant, Keenan personally leads every client engagement — backed by a small support team that handles administration and field coordination. The Salient team has managed 400+ WCB claimsover the years, the kind of depth a first safety hire simply doesn't have.
