How much does a safety consultant cost?
It depends on three things: your headcount, your travel geography, and which tier fits your operation. We scope pricing live on a discovery call using a simple calculator — there's no generic price list because two companies the same size can need very different scopes. Book a call and you'll have a number before it ends.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The Compliance Package gives you senior strategy, a maintained safety manual, remote oversight, and one site visit a month — you handle the daily data entry. The Fractional Department tier is full executive protection: multiple site visits a month, full WCB claims management, chairing your safety-committee meetings, a monthly dashboard report, and we run the portals and data for you.
Is the COR audit included in the monthly retainer?
No. The annual COR audit is intensive, specialized work (40+ hours) so it's billed separately as a flat fee. Ongoing COR program maintenance is included in both retainers — the audit itself is the unbundled piece.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. Flexible, month-to-month retainer pricing without long-term commitments — if the engagement isn't working, you're not locked in.
We're not in Calgary — do you charge for travel?
Calgary and Edmonton (Zone 1) are included. Work beyond 100km outside the major cities (Zone 2) and rural Alberta (Zone 3) carries a travel surcharge to cover the multi-hour drive. We'll flag the exact zone on your quote.
